Another early morning in the Ferris house. (This school thing is pretty hard core and it is only day 2, OMG how will i get through the year) Today my boy went back to daycare, new room, new teachers. Jodeci came for a ride with us so that she could see her old teachers that she misses so much. As soon as we pulled up in the car park Luther knew. He was saying 'no mummy' :( I grabbed him out of his chair and he wrapped his little legs around me so tight. Off we went into new room to meet his new teachers and to have a look around. He was sussing it out and was not keen at all.
So we sat on the mat with the other kids and started to play. He didn't leave my side for about 5 mins BUT then he spotted something on the other side of the room and BOOM, see ya mum. He was running round like a little nutter. Jj was off visiting her old teachers room so it was just me and Luther. He ran up to me and kissed me and said 'bye bye'. WHAT that is it?? That was his way of saying ok mum you can go now, i'm sweet as. Ok then. I gave him a wave and walked out. Boohoo!! I feel so unwanted/uneeded these days. My kids have got better things to do then to hang out with boring old mum. They are growing up way to fast!! Where have my babies gone???
So i am sitting here in the office a little bit lost. No kids home with me today. What to do?? Well stupid book keeping for Scotty that's what i am doing. Oh i did cover Jodeci's scrap book for kindy and i need to do her up a family sheet to stick in her room. So a little bit of excitement for me for the day. It is a horrible day outside, pouring with rain and cold so it's not to bad being stuck inside. Hopefully i can get all the book work done today so i can sleep all day tomorrow (another kid free day for me, YAY)
